Start by determining the type of project you would like to pursue with us:

This helps us understand the scope of your project and prepare the appropriate consultation.

If there are questions or terms that are unfamiliar, you may refer to the Form Guide, which explains the form in a simple and clear way.

Once completed, submit the form by sending it directly to our email (ppdesmod@gmail.com) for review.

After receiving your form, our team will carefully review the information you provided. We will then contact you to schedule a consultation or site visit if further discussion or clarification is needed.

Once the initial consultation is completed, we will schedule a site visit to assess the space, take accurate measurements, and evaluate site conditions. This allows us to prepare a design solution that fits your space precisely.
