A modern tropical residence defined by clean geometry, balanced proportions, and a refined material palette. The design features a low-profile roofline paired with a minimalist façade, creating a strong horizontal emphasis that complements the surrounding streetscape. Designed for both function and visual clarity, the home reflects a balance of modern simplicity and tropical responsiveness—ideal for everyday living in a compact urban setting.
2. Residential 2
A contemporary two-story residence designed with clarity, balance, and modern tropical sensibility. The architecture is defined by clean horizontal lines, a restrained color palette, and a strong interplay of solid and void. A perimeter fence with vertical slats ensures privacy while maintaining a light and breathable street presence. Soft landscaping and potted greenery introduce a natural layer, grounding the structure and enhancing its livability. The overall design reflects a refined approach to modern residential architecture—simple, functional, and well-composed for everyday living.
3. Residential 3 (renovation)
A complete residential transformation that redefines the original structure into a clean, contemporary home. The renovation focuses on simplifying the form, improving spatial clarity, and elevating the overall street presence. A redesigned perimeter fence and gate establish a stronger architectural identity, balancing privacy with a modern, lightweight feel. Functional upgrades, including a covered carport and improved circulation, were seamlessly integrated into the new design. From a modest, aging structure to a refined modern residence, the project demonstrates how thoughtful renovation can dramatically enhance both aesthetics and livability.
