About Us
P+P Design&Modular began in 2024, from a simple but meaningful experience at home. While adding modular cabinetry to a room, we became curious about the process behind it. As the pre-cut wood panels arrived and each part was assembled, we saw how every component came together—starting from the carcass, then the internal features, hardware, and final form—much like building a small home for your everyday necessities.
What fascinated us most was how a single 4' x 8' plywood sheet could be transformed into something highly functional, visually refined, and deeply impactful within a space. It reminded us of the creativity we experienced in childhood, building different forms out of Lego—where each piece had purpose, and every connection mattered.
That moment sparked a deeper appreciation for custom modular cabinetry and its role in architecture. We saw how it could elevate a room not only aesthetically, but also functionally, through a thoughtful design process. From there, our journey began: integrating custom modular cabinetry into our architectural approach to create spaces that are more purposeful, efficient, and seamlessly connected to the home. It is often the smallest built elements that create the biggest difference in everyday living.

P+P Design&Modular is led by two architects with almost a decade of experience on designing residential houses here in the Philippines and overseas (U.S. mostly) partnered with a modular cabinetry expert with the support of a dedicated team committed to thoughtful design and quality workmanship. With a shared understanding of architecture, functionality, and craftsmanship, the studio approaches each project with care, precision, and attention to detail.

Initial Consultation & Estimate
Our process begins with a completed client form, which can be downloaded directly from our website (SERVICES page). This step helps us understand your project requirements, design goals, space conditions, and overall expectations. Based on the information provided, we conduct an initial review and prepare a rough estimate to give you a clear starting point for the project. This stage typically takes 5 working days

Site Preparation and Installation (For Modular Cabinetry)
For modular cabinetry works, we prepare the site for proper installation and ensure all conditions are ready for execution. Our team then installs each component with precision and care, making sure the final result is aligned, functional, and well-integrated into the space.

Architectural Design & Planning
Once the project moves forward, we begin the design and planning phase. This includes architectural services, site inspection, and close coordination with the client to develop a thoughtful and functional design solution. During this stage, we study the space carefully, refine the layout, and align the design with both aesthetic goals and practical needs.
